From August 8, to September 12, 2016, the “One Book...One Literacy Council” group will be reading The Light between Oceans by M.L. Stedman.

The “One Book...One Literacy Council” group will next meet on Monday, September 12, 2016, at Noon to discuss The Light between Oceans by M.L. Stedman.and to distribute A Mercy by Toni Morrison. “One Book...One Literacy Council” meets regularly, usually on the second Monday of each month.

The Delaware County Literacy Council (DCLC) Book Discussion Group has been meeting since 2008 in Chester, Pennsylvania, to discuss books of mutual interest.

In May 2013, the "One Book...One Literacy Council" format was launched, which allows members of the group to borrow library copies of the selected book at our group meetings, courtesy of the Book Bag program of the Delaware County Library System (www.delcolibraries.org).
