The “One Book...One Literacy Council” group will next meet on Monday, November 14, 2016, at Noon to discuss Vanessa and Her Sister by Priya Parmar and to distribute Frog Music by Emma Donohue. “One Book...One Literacy Council” meets regularly, usually on the second Monday of each month.

The Delaware County Literacy Council (DCLC) Book Discussion Group has been meeting since 2008 in Chester, Pennsylvania, to discuss books of mutual interest.
